Install-SPRSService Not recognized when intigrating SSRS2012 with Sharepoint2010

Hello ,

I have sharepoint farm installed with  two servers   consisting of a  front  end app server and a database server with sqlserver 2012,I'm trying  to integrate SSRS2012 with sharepoint 2010  in powershell  by cmd  Install-SPRSService . Its giving an error as the command is not recognized .I have installed sp1 for sql server 2012 but still the problem persists.
