Dear All
I would like to add a textarea field at the bottom of my SharePoint pages with a label that says something like "Help us make this page better..." where users can type in any comments i.e. "it would be good if xyz was on this page too" and for these comments to be emailed directly to me.
I'm really not sure how to go about this. Will it be necessary to create it as a custom web part or is there an easier solution that I could use? I'd really like to keep things as simple as possible really.
I'd really appreciate any help or advise you may be able to offer.
