Which Servers to Disable LoopBack Check (or at Back Connection Host Names)

Hi all,

When disabling the loopback check or adding back connection host names (preferred in a production environment), do I need to edit the registry on all SharePoint servers in the Farm or just the Web Front Ends that handle the IIS/hostnames?
