Crawled Properties and Managed Property Yes / No Values Errors in Search Scopes

Hello we are trying to convert some crawled properties from a list into managed properties to be used in a Search Scope and we are having an issue with Yes and No attributes. They are always returning as errors in the search scopes.  This is after running a full crawl on the web application multiple times and the error seems to repeat itself in multiple environments. There is an out of the box property called Active which is a Yes / No value and it always returns an error in the scope. We also have text and managed metadata properties in this search scope from the same list and they return with valid properties. Has anybody else scene this behavior?  The Yes No value puts a 0 or 1 in the scope results when you try and populate it.

This is what appears in the results for the scope:

Rule Behavior Item Count (approximate)

Active = 1 Include error

Thank and help would be appreciated.

Chris
