Two level drop down menu on Top Navigation bar in SharePoint 2010

Hi ,

I want a menu kind of stuff with two levels of links on the top Navigation bar. I am not allowed to code in any form such as SPD or VS. I am using SharePoint 2010. I know one level of navigation on top link bar. But I am not sure of achieving two levels of menu links without coding.

As an example.

A link called Communications on top link wll have menu items 1,2,3 and when user points to 2 we can have like 2.1,2.b,2.c

Hope I am clear.

Does any one has an idea of how to do this?
