I've a strange problem.
I installed a SharePoint 2010 on Premise in a datacenter and I created a external acces for my users.
This external acces works fine and all users can connect on the SharePoint with their IE or other web browser.
I installed a SharePoint Workspace client to syncronize files on users' computers and the application doesn't work. I can a authentification popup but after I receive a error message with 'SharePoint Workspace doesn't find the SharePoint Site'.
I tested many things and i didn't find the solution.
I attempted with SkyDrive Pro and bad result. The same message appears.
If I install SharePoint Workspace on a computer in the LAN, SharePoint Workspace doesn't work
If I install SkyDrive Pro a computer in the LAN, SkyDrive Pro works !
I tested with the network Administrator of the Datacenter. He opened all ports for testing and I received the same result.
Today, I don't have solution for my users and I am sending this post.
