The title is not that clear, but i`ll do my best to explain. When users upload a document, one of the required fields is a dropdown of letters like DOC, REG, TUN, STI, etc. What i would like is when a user hovers the cursor on the letters, a description
appears, so id they hover the cursor over STI, a description of Stereo Tuning Instrument appears.
