Can anybody help me with next case. User have to create two list items by one custom button on ribbon. Also user must fill some items fields, includingmanaged metadata, lookup and file attachments.
I found, that I can do this by quick step and workflow using.
After some houres of looking, I found, that workflow initiation form can be used, but:
1. InfoPath form - doesn't directly support managed metadata
2. Aspx forms - I can't understand, how use managed metadata (lookup, file attachment) fields on initiation aspx form
May be anybody advises me simple solution or examples.

P.S. Shrepoint server - 2010. Visual Studio solution can be used. Sorry for my english ))
