Cutomizing Personal Site for MySite.

Hi,

we are planning to implement MySite for Users.

During personal site provising we wanted to create 2 document library.After provsion we want to restrict the user not to create more List or Libaray.

I under that that user will be site owner for that site collection. But we still wanted to restrict the user from creating anything(list ,library) in their persoanl site.

Is it possible.
