I have a document library with a retention policy set up. A user receives an email if a document has expired. They must review that document or it will be moved by a secondary policy to a "disposal" library.
Now, if they decide it shouldn't have been "disposed" of I have a workflow that can be manually triggered to move it back where it was. A new expiration date is updated on the document. BUT the retention policy workflows do not act upon this new expiration date and nothing further ever happens to the document.
Why does the retention policy not run on the document that has been moved back???
