Open a file by click "Title" as it may be open when click on "File Name"

Hi,

My customers want to set the same behavior of "open a file" that happens  when clicking a file name in a document library view  - as well when clicking the "Title" column in the view.

I managed to do that somehow using designer. what is the best way to do so?

In addition i saw that after edit the view in designer - it still acts a bit different.

when i click the file name - WORD docs are open immidiately, while when click on the titel - it display a window of "what do you want to do:  open, save..." and only then when the user choose open - it enable save...
