Regular expression validation for a textbox is not working for other than administrator account

Hi

I have a SharePoint 2010 list and it has normal fields. So I converted one of the sharepoint field list to textbox and applied regular expression validator using sharepoint 2010 designer.

But the validation is working only with admin account and not working for all other accounts.

Please send me your suggestions.
