Failed to call GetTypes on assembly Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server

Hi i got this error

while creating Secure store service application in sharepoint 2010

and i installed office 2013 after sharepoint 2010 server installtion.

i uninstalled infopath but still i am not able to create secure store srevice application.
