Custom approval workflow - permissions

hi,

i have a workflow that contains two approval task process. First task gets an approval from line manager and the second task gets an approval from training department if the approval from line manager gets approved. Both approval task creates task in a same task list.  Is it possible to restrict the view/task  list (OOTB) for tasks so that only line managers can see their tasks and training department can see their.
