Open SharePoint Task from Word\Outlook

If you open doc from sharepoint lib and you have approval task, you can open task directly from word.

But in some libraries i get this error while doing so:

Element '{http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml}div' is unexpected according to content model of parent element '{http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2009/WSSList/dataFields}Body'

How can this be fixed?
