How to recover my old Sharepoint 2010 account?

So I slept my computer, and I went back to it a while later. I opened it and it came up with the login screen. I tried to press Ctrl + Alt + Del, but nothing happened. I thought it was a glitch or whatever so I restarted my computer. Everything was fine and the problem seemed to be fixed. I went to open Sharepoint 2010, but it opened the Sharepoint Workspace 2010 Wizard. I already had an account, and I don't want to make a new account, for I had tonnes of information on my old one which I was able to access the last time I went on my laptop. The other option is to import an old account. What has happened? Can I recover my old account, and if so, where can I find the .grv file that needs to be imported for it?
