Problem - Someone changes an item that appears in the following view - don't receive any alert

Hi,

I already searched on internet and this site about my problem, but I always see the same problem/answer. My question is not how to create an alert like this, with the option "Someone changes an item that appears in the following view" but does it work?

Because I just did a test.

1. I created 2 alerts:
   - AllDocuments: one with the option "Someone changes an item that appears in the following view"
   - ViewDocuments: one with the option "Anything changes"
   
2. I uploaded some documents with cat = 1, so I see them in view-cat-1

The result:

I only received alerts with "AllDocuments"-alert, my "ViewDocuments"-alert doesn't work. Any idea why?

Could someone please try and see if this work for you?
So create a view and create an alert on this view. tnx!
