How to make sequential workflow as reusable workflow

Hello everyone,

I have created a sequential workflow deployed to sharepoint server 2010 for a form library. Now my manager ask me to create another worfklow which is similiar with a little difference of this workflow. So how can i reuse this workflow and to customize it for another form library and make this workflow as a reusable workflow for multiple libraries whenever i needed ???
