I have been scouring the interwebs looking for an answer to this, and I have gotten close, but not quite there.
I have a form library with a large amount of data in it, and my users need to be able to search it for the appropriate record based on any number of Meta Data. The built in Search Function isn't an option right now, because when they search it brings up the correct record, but it attempts to load the form in the browser rather then the client, and the form is not capable or being browser enabled.
What I have done so far:
I added a text box to a view, and created a parameter and filter based on the parameter. This works when the text box parameter is assigned statically to a column.
What I am trying to do:
Allow the user to select which column to filter using a dropdown, and then type in the text box the meta data they want to filter. Not sure how I would accomplish this... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
