the timer job for this operation has been created but it will fail because the administrative Service for this server is enabled

Solution:-

Go to Start -> Run->

Just Type

Services.msc

Then The Services Window Will open 

Choose Sharepoint 2010 Administration

Just right click it and start 

Then it will Work
