I have users complaining they can no longer drag & drop links within summary link web parts when they want to rearrange. They now have to use the "Reorder" button and move links up one spot at a time. Was this feature disabled or am I just missing a setting somewhere?
MOSS 2007 gives a blue box with a move arrow to go up down left or right.
Our 2010 version does not
