Library has must-check-out-in-order-to-edit setting turned on.
Somehow after user edited a doc and then checked it in doc became available only for reading.
It is checked in for sure, but cant be check out.
Word suggests to inform user or to open it in read only.
iisreset didnt help, can do nothing with this doc
