SharePoint licensing cost

Hi,

Can someone give me an idea whether licensing cost of SharePoint 2013 (on-prem) is, generally speaking, more or less or same as that of SharePoint 2010?

[I am fully aware that licensing of SharePoint Server is a complex thing and there are many parameters involved. But I want this info to give a feel to my customer. So a sense of general trend would be good enough]
