I have a SharePoint 2010 list in which the end user poplulates ONLY 3 column. But the admin should be able edit all columns. So I created a form for the end user using InfoPath. I then created a new content type so that the admin can view and edit all the columns and not just the 3 that user entered. But when I try to EDIT the row the user created, I see only see 3 columns and not the remainder ones. How can I edit all columns regardless of who created those columns.
