access sharepoint two list from a main list

Hi

I have two seperate lists in share points as below.

List1) Equipments

List2) tools

I want to acess both lists from a seperate list which has two records given below. when Equipment record in Item is clicked it should show equipments list while tools recod in item is clicked it should show tools list.

Item                       Year

>Equipments           2013

>Tools                    2013
