Receiving 500 internal server error - Weird situation

Hi all,

Actually we have configured a Scheduler job which will run Powershell script every 10 mins to monitor the SharePoint sites availability.

For the past 1 week we are receiving a site down alert by exactly early morning 4.30 AM stating

System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

   at GetResponse(Object , Object[] )

   at System.Management.Automation.DotNetAdapter.AuxiliaryMethodInvoke(Object target, Object[] arguments, MethodInformation methodInformation, Object[] originalArguments)

As soon as we received this alert and while checking the Site by browsing, it is loading properly.

I cant get any fruitful information from the logs.

What will be the possible cause for this specific time unavailability of sites ?

Please assist me in finding the cause.
