I have just a couple users using Macs, which are not supported computers here at the State of Michigan. One user recently updated his password via a windows PC and now finds he can no longer login to SharePoint. When he goes to SharePoint sites he is prompted for his username and password, he enters his username and the new password and it is rejected with what appears to be an error code "80." He has tried his old password and various other things such as preceeding his username with his domain\ (tricks that work when users can't login to sharepoint using windows pcs), but nothing seems to work. I've had him update his Mac password to be the same as his new one in Active directory, but that hasn't helped. He is able to browse\interact with network drives, which are dependent on active directory credentials, too, but SharePoint won't let him in.
Any suggestions?
