I have a sharepoint
list which has a lookup field (Count related) which effectively counts the
number of times a certain text is entered in another list. Bascially I am using
this to log days worked against a project then count how many days have been done
on that project. This works great so I thought I could copy this variable to
the "Percent Complete" field for the gantt chart. Unfortunately this
can only be done using a workflow which I have done but I would need to select
then run the workflow for each item. I was hoping this might run the workflows
when the lookup field changed however this is not the case. It only runs the
workflow for the given field when the item is actively changed. Does anyone
know how I can get the workflows to run on change of a lookup field? Or how I
can loop through all items?
