Scrollable Picture Control in InfoPath 2010 browser form

I'm try to achieve scrolling for picture only on a InfoPath browser form. Is this supported?

Objective is to fix the height and Width of the Picture control, but not to change the dimensions of the image as such. If the height & Width of the image is greater than that of the Picture control, then the Picture control alone should be scrollable. This is to avoid horizontal scroll bar in the page and provide it in the image control.
