I would like to create a workflow so what the value in the field called "Status" changes an email be sent a specific person.
Example: When the statues equals open, and email is sent to the Tech team
When the Tech team changes the Status to equal fixed an email is sent to the person that submitted the request.
I have already created a very basic workflow that when a new item has been entered and email is sent to the person that submitted the request say the request has been received.
