Alerts in Survey list

Hi all,

I have a survey list named as Feedback in a SP 2010 Site,where user can submit their feedback in a rich text box. I tried to alert a single person when anyone enter a feedback on the list. I also want user to view only their feedback and not other's as it would cause a privacy issue.

I am making users to view only their responses via Advanced settings on survey list and when I try to create alert on the survey list it says that 

But I need to achieve both of the requirements as I said using the survey list without any custom development(OOTB).

Does anyone have an idea of how to set up this OOTB?
