I've seen lots of web pages telling me how to set up my regional preferences or the site's regional preferences to use a particular time zone.
What if I'm happy with my time zone in regional preferences, but want to create an event using a different time zone. In other words, I live in UTC-4, but need to create an event based on UTC-6. I could of course convert the times before entering them, but that seems like a prescription for disaster. At some point I'm likely to forget to do the conversion before creating the event.
The scenario here is one in which we have users from multiple parts of the country setting up meeting for when they travel to client sites. So if a client tells us to set up a meeting, I want to be able to have the user create the event based on the client's time zone, and not the user's local time zone.
