Copy SharePoint List items to another SharePoint site List Based on Column Mapping via Powershell

Hi All,

Has anyone come across the requirement to copy the SharePoint list data to the new SharePoint List data through PowerShell based on the Column mapping?

"Destination" SharePoint site List column name is different than "Source" SharePoint site list column name.
