sharepoint 2010 on windows server 2012 R2 and ups problem

an unhandled exception (system.security.cryptograhy.cryptographicexception') occured in owstimer.exe(2176)

i receive this error  in event logs

i installed sharepoint 2010 on windows server 2012 R2

and also i am facing problem when i create new userprofile service application

and start user profile syncronizatin service its status keep showing starting

i followed the all rules for creating ups

and service account and managed account  both are all rights in domain controller and in server
