I have a survey list named "Manager Rating" in sharepoint 2010.This survey has questions
1,Manager Name (Single line text)
2,Is he friendly(Rating scale1 to 5)
3,Is he updated in technology(Rating scale 1 to 5)
4,Is he giving the latest status of your performance(Rating scale 1 to 5)
My requirement is to show managers the ratings for the questions from only his reportees in a chart(spider chart/radar chart).I need to implement this using sharepoint out of box feature(chart webpart etc).No coding is allowed and no 3rd party controls can be bought.
When i googled i found out that radar chart in chartwebpart can be used for this purpose but i didnt see any useful links in google which helps me fulfill my requirement as i want to show all the rating for all the questions to a manager(Only from his reportees) so that he can compare it.
Please suggest me the best solution and help me in doing this requirement using sharepoint out of box feature.
