Site Pages > Ribbon Dithered out

Hi,

I am currently set as a Site Collection Administrator for my SharePoint site. However, when I goto Site Pages and look at the ribbon the majority of the options are dithered out. Would anyone happen to know why I cannot access this?

I have checked the permissions on the specific page and I am shown as having full control as well.
