Anonymous list in SharePoint 2010

Hi all,

I am trying to put in a SharePoint 2010 list where the user can enter some text and when he submits an item in the list, an email goes to a constant person with the text entered by the user.

The person receiving the mail/gets notified should be completely unaware of who has sent the content( entered the item in the list). In other words, the alert should be sent to the person with the text entered by the user but it should be anonymous w.r.t the person receiving the mail.

I have to do this OOTB without coding. 

Id there anyway to achieve this or similar functionality in SP 2010 without coding?
