I have a a situation where i can publish a new custom basic workflow that sends me an email to a new list. I run the workflow on an item , everything looks good it shows workflow in progress the email is sent then the workflow shows completed. Now the next day i return to the same list and find the workflow column is gone and the workflow can no longer be run from the list it is not even there. I open designer and got to the workflows folder i see my workflow and open it to find two of the files are now checked out.
I am not running workflows under the system account. I am a site collection administrator
I have scoured the web for a solution but no luck. can anyone provide some insight as to what could be causing this?
