Error excel services - refresh data

I published an excel spreadsheet with pivot table and chart, which connects to a sharepoint calendar list.
I created a page and added the webpart service excel, spreadsheet works correctly, so static.
When I click a filter to change the result I get the msg below (the data don't refresh):
"Error trying to perform this operation. Recharge to put work and try the operation again. click ok to return to the workbook. [ok]"
What should I do?
