Error when trying to add a new secure store target application

Hi,

I got an error when trying to add a new secure store target application on SharePoint Central Administration. Here is the step that I took.

1. Go to SharePoint 2010 Central Administration
2. Go to Application Management -> Manage service applications
3. Go to Secure Store Service – XXX
4. Click “New” to create a new secure store target application

I got the error as below when clicking "New".
