Hello,
I have a team site with multiple project subsites (5 to 15 of them at any one time). I'd like to know if I can create a task list at the Team Site level that aggregates all of the subsite task lists. I see the Content rollup webpart but I don't know how to use it well.
This would be similar for to the My Site Tasks list but sortable for any member of the team/project/status, etc.
Is there a good tutorial out there on Content Rollup? Am I looking in the wrong place for the solution I need? I am best described as a super user who does a healthy amount of research to find solutions to problems. I am setting up this team site/project site by myself.
