Is there any advantages to use Sharepoint other than Worldox for document management??

Hi,

i would like to know difference between SharePoint 2010 and Worldox. what will be the best tool for document management? As one of my Staff wants to see what feature can provide Sharepoint other than Worldox. so that he can use sharepoint, right now we are using sharepoint 2010 to manage documents in our company. But this guy used to Worldox before, that is the reason to see feature in sharepoint.
