Moving a site collection under the other site collection

Hello

I have tow site collection: (http://spt/) and (http://spt/sites/payam).

I want to move spt/sites/payam under the spt/.(means i want to have http://spt/payam)

how can i do?

i must use backup and restore? or Export and Import ?
