Looking for a redirect webpart/solution that is based off of AD

Hi,

Does anyone know of any web parts or solutions that will redirect users based on a field in their Active Directory profile?

For example, if a user is from Marketing, they will automatically get redirected to the main Marketing site.  If a user is in HR, they will automatically get redirected to the HR site.
