I'm trying to integrate facebook and twitter into sharepoint portal.
Twitter: Tweets from few persons to be shown in the portal
Facebook: Status updates of 3 facebook pages to be shown in the portal.
At present, i have gone through the web and found "HTML code snippets provided by Twitter and Facebook"
But, main problem with this method is that our portal is an intranet portal, and some users may not have access to internet.
The Server where we host our site have access to internet.
So i'm planning to have some server side code, to get the updates. With this approach i found C# SDK's for twitter and Api's for twitter. But not sure whether they solve my purpose. I have not found any clear explanation working with these apis.
If any approach possible for this requirement, please let me know.
Please provide the related demo examples, or step by step proceedure to achieve this.
