Is it Possible with IIS Redirect??

Basically our plan is There will be two FQDN (one is https://sp.noble.com and another is https://sp.ext.noble.com). so our internal users will access using https://sp.noble.com and External users will access using https://sp.ext.noble.com. whenever they will access either from https://sp.noble.com OR https://sp.ext.noble.com both should be point to another fqdn https://sp-sec.noble.com. how can i achieve this one?
