As per our Client requirement they want application through which they will search person with Required skill set.
In this Scenario organization having thousands of resource’s with different skill sets,
The Organization Human resource authority want to search the resource’s with their skill sets.
In that first all Employee enter their skill set through entry form with multi selection.
after that Admin HR team search Employee through multiple skillset filter.
So please suggest me the Solution approach for SharePoint2010 enterprise and we have Infopath Designer.
