SharePoint 2010 - Target Application

Hello,

  I've uploaded the correct InfoPath data files(udcx) and they point to the target app ID I created under the secure store service with the below instructions.  But I keep getting this error "Unable to obtain the application proxy for the context."  Does anybody know what might be causing this?
