Hi -
I'm having issues in displaying the SharePoint Sites icon/link under Favorites. I have done the following steps below to troubleshoot but nothing happens.
1. Make sure WebClient Service is activated and running
2. Deleted all links under My Quick Links in My Sites
3. Add the Library through Connect to Office
I have received the alert Library added but when I go to Windows Explorer, the icon is still not displayed. When I open any Office application and try to Save, the icon is also not displayed. Do I have to do some other configurations to make this work?
