How to get the value entered on all object fields of newform.aspx in sharepoint 2010 using javascript

Hi,

I'm having a problem on saving the new item on the list. Upon clicking the save button on the NewForm.aspx the value saved were the default values assigned on form load. is there a way on how I can get all the values entered on each field?
